Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our energetic and fast-paced marketing team. You’ll support a variety of events — from tradeshows and webinars to customer events and field activations — helping us deliver high-impact experiences that drive engagement and pipeline.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, grow, and build a career in event marketing within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll be supported by an experienced Head of Events and a collaborative team who will help you build confidence and capability across the full event cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning and execution of approximately 30 events annually, primarily across the North American (NORAM) region — including tradeshows, webinars, customer and partner events
  • Coordinate logistics for a range of events, including tradeshows, webinars, and customer gatherings
  • Support event registration, attendee communications, and on-site planning
  • Organise and ship marketing materials, swag, and booth assets
  • Manage vendor communication and process invoices and payments
  • Maintain project timelines using Monday.com and help keep stakeholders aligned
  • Assist with webinar setup and delivery using platforms like Zoom
  • Support lead capture, data upload, and post-event performance reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion for all events

Qualifications

  • Quarterly travel required
  • 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of events
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required
  • Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with team members

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing, ambitious SaaS company with a global footprint
  • Join a marketing team that invests heavily in events and values creativity and execution
  • Real opportunities for career growth, learning, and exposure to strategic projects
  • Remote-first, flexible environment with a collaborative culture, occasional travel to main events might be required
