Location: Madrid — Hybrid (2 days/week in the office)
About the RoleWe’re looking for someone who enjoys working with both technical and business teams to make great ideas happen. In this role, you’ll help manage projects that involve people from marketing, design, engineering, and data. Your job will be to connect the dots, solve problems, and keep things moving.
This is a great opportunity if you’re early in your career and want to use your technical skills in a fast-moving, real-world environment.
What You’ll Do- Champion scientific rigor in marketing decision making.
- Translate business questions into technical solutions.
- Design & run experiments, ensuring a robust measurement methodology.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data and ML Engineers to deliver software that controls Fever marketing decisions.
- Coordinate projects that bring together Marketing, Product, Creative and Data.
- You have a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar field.
- You enjoy solving problems and working with others.
- You can write code in Python, SQL and use git.
- You like working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- You can explain ideas clearly in English.
- You’re eager to learn and grow in a tech environment.
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical role (such as data, software, or product engineering).
