The role
Built by the team behind multiple unicorns and companies like Taulia and Finoa, we’ve built and scaled companies from San Francisco to Berlin. We’re backed by Creandum and an angel network of founders and operators from Qonto, SoFi, SAP, ING, and DeepMind. We’ve just launched our brand, and now we’re looking for our founding marketer to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders and hit the ground running.
This is a role for someone senior enough to set the direction and scrappy enough to do the work themselves. Someone who can write the first one-pager but knows what an enterprise motion needs later. You won’t inherit a playbook and own the motion, from problem to shipped outcome, while setting the standard for everyone who comes after you.
If you want to define a category and help shape a generational company from the start, from the heart of Madrid, this is for you.
What you'll do
Own product marketing and category: positioning, messaging, and the narrative that turns agent-to-agent finance into something the CFO office understands and wants. This is the core of the job.
Sales enablement: the collateral and messaging that let an enterprise sales motion actually move, from first touch to close.
Build the demand foundation: the early ABM, content, and account-based groundwork that turns category awareness into pipeline into named finance accounts.
Run our channels hands-on: web, content, social, email end-to-end
Design events and activations: put Causa Prima in front of the right audiences, from intimate CFO dinners to industry conferences.
Steward the brand and amplify our founders: as leading voices in autonomous finance, keep our identity and voice sharp across every touchpoint.
Make noise: find creative, high-leverage ways to build awareness and momentum for a company that wants to be anything but ordinary.
Connect the dots and own the outcome: from problem to shipped result.
What we're looking for
Enterprise & B2B experience: Solid B2B marketing experience, ideally with time spent on enterprise or considered, multi-stakeholder purchases. You get how these buyers think and how long they take to decide.
Category creation, not just displacement: You’ve taken a product through market education, not only competitive positioning. You’ve had to teach a market that a new category exists.
A builder who ships: landing pages, campaigns, and events delivered hands-on, not delegated to agencies
An exceptional writer and storyteller who can turn technical AI capability into narratives CFOs care about
AI-native by default: you run a roster of tools and agents as a force multiplier.
Direct, low-ego, high-ownership: you challenge ideas constructively, from problem definition to shipped outcome, without waiting to be directed.
This is a wishlist, not a checklist. If the role excites you but you don’t tick every box, we would encourage you to apply anyway.

What We Do
Causa Prima is building the first agentic AI network for finance operations. Their autonomous agents move beyond simple task automation to negotiate across company boundaries, resolve disputes in real-time, and make financial decisions with real judgment. By leveraging a context graph of financial decisions, the company aims to create a scalable, acting system that optimizes cash and financial workflows for enterprises.
