Own enterprise SAP deployments from pre-sales scoping through production go-live and ongoing value delivery. The role researches receivables workflows, defines agent behavior and approval boundaries, builds prototypes with AI coding tools, tests with customers, and partners with engineering on production delivery. Candidates need practical receivables knowledge, analytical judgment, customer-facing communication, process ownership, and the ability to translate finance workflows into technical requirements. The role is onsite in Munich or Madrid.

Design and build a secure platform integrity layer for autonomous agents, including isolation, attribution, auditability, threat modeling, adversarial testing, cryptographic verification, policy enforcement, and secure CI/CD pipelines. The role requires hands-on backend and distributed-systems expertise, deep database knowledge, application security architecture, encryption and key management experience, and familiarity with policy-as-code. Experience with Kafka or Redpanda, Kubernetes, cloud-native systems, and agent security is advantageous.

Design and prototype AI-driven treasury and working-capital products covering financing decisions, payment execution, settlement tracking, and reconciliation. Work with finance teams and customers to define workflows, policies, approvals, exceptions, and measurable outcomes, then partner with engineering to deliver reliable production products. Build and lead Causa Prima’s enterprise partnerships function from the ground up. Develop partner strategy, prioritize targets, manage negotiations, create partnership business cases, and turn signed agreements into revenue-producing channels. Own partner enablement, integration coordination, performance metrics, stakeholder management, and pipeline development. Source new partners across ERP, AP, consulting, fintech, banking, and capital ecosystems while using AI agents to automate research and operational work. Collaborate with founders and engineering to shape integrations and product requirements.

Own the architecture and lifecycle of a certified, upgrade-safe SAP ABAP add-on across S/4HANA and ECC landscapes. Design high-volume financial data integrations using SAP APIs, lead FI/CO and AP domain implementation, establish testing and static-analysis standards, and ensure reliability, reconciliation, and auditability. Serve as the technical lead for customer discovery and onboarding while shaping heterogeneous SAP data into consistent models.

Manage founders’ calendars, travel, workspace operations, suppliers, invoices, visitors, team logistics, and personal administrative requests. The role requires building repeatable processes, automating recurring tasks with AI tools, coordinating an upcoming office move, and maintaining discretion with sensitive information. The successful candidate will support a growing international team in Madrid and Munich while ensuring leaders remain focused on customers and product.

Partners directly with the founders across strategy, financial operations, recruiting, AI automation, go-to-market support, events, investor communications, legal coordination, vendor management, and office logistics. The role requires broad analytical ability, strong writing, extreme ownership, rapid context-switching, and comfort handling both strategic decisions and detailed operational tasks.
