MISSIONS 💪
  • Lead the 360° marketing strategy and a high-pace execution to be a key pillar of Wakeo’s growth engine. By bringing Enterprise SaaS good practices (ABM etc.)
  • Have regular interactions with customers to understand their needs and express the value of the Wakeo products. Surf the disruptions with high proactivity. Refine the existing personas and ICPs
  • Generate qualified leads in both inbound and outbound motions: with multichannel campaigns such as content, event, website, social media, ads, etc.
  • Adopt an AI-first approach to drive efficiency. Leverage and potentially enrich the stack (Hubspot as CRM) to be frontunners
  • Position Wakeo’s brand as an innovative leader in the industry through influence (Press Relation, Thought Leadership campaign) and product positioning activities (product/feature launches/updates)
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales and product teams
  • Build up your knowledge of the global supply chain. Keep an active watch on competitors to drive differentiation
  • Lead the marketing team by setting ambitious goals and enabling the team. Manage the budget to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI)
 IDEAL PROFILE ⭐
  • You speak both French and English fluently.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with 5 in marketing and some enterprise B2B years. Ideally in a SaaS & international environment. Logistics knowledge is a plus.
  • Eager to talk to customers on a consistent basis, to learn about the industry and the product.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, being entrepreneurial both strategic and hands-on (30/70%).
  • AI-friendly to operate with high efficiency.
  • Revenue-oriented, willing to achieve ambitious goals with a high autonomy.
  • You are a leader with proven management skills. You love working as a team.
  • Proactive to surf global supply chain disruptions with a high reactivity.

Skills Required

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in marketing
  • Enterprise B2B experience
  • Experience in SaaS and international environments
  • Logistics or supply chain knowledge
  • Regular customer interactions and strong customer-facing skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; strategic and hands-on (30/70%)
