About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead the strategic and operational marketing agenda for Korea. This is a newly created role at an exciting time of growth, offering a unique opportunity to help shape our culture and set the foundation for future success.

As Marketing Director, you will champion a customer-centric approach, lead a high-performing team, and partner with regional and global stakeholders to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

The Marketing Director, Korea is responsible for leading the strategic and operational marketing agenda across Korea. This role drives market growth, customer engagement, and brand leadership through integrated marketing strategies, digital innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Define and execute Korea’s short, mid, and long-term marketing strategies aligned with APAC/global priorities. Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.

  • Consumer Awareness & Demand Generation: Build and manage Korea’s end-to-end funnel from awareness to activation. Develop growth plans with clear funnel targets and conversion metrics. Drive campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Product & Services Marketing: Oversee product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, launches, and marketing collateral. Serve as product champion with strong technical and commercial acumen.

  • Professional & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strategic relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and advocacy groups. Partner with Government Affairs and Medical Affairs to influence reimbursement and regulatory priorities.

  • Marketing Effectiveness & Performance: Establish KPIs and ROI tracking for campaigns. Use data insights to optimise strategies and resource allocation.

  • People Leadership: Attract, develop, and retain top talent. Provide coaching, feedback, and ensure a culture of performance and engagement

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles.

  • Background in medical devices or consumer/digital marketing (preferred).

  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end consumer and patient funnels and market development strategies.

  • Skilled in campaign management and agency collaboration.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and government bodies.

  • Fluent in Korean and English.
