In this role, you lead demand generation, marketing operations, PR, and channel partner success, while elevating our brand and accelerating growth in the SMB and midmarket segments. In this high-impact role, you will lead a talented marketing team while collaborating closely with sales and product teams to hit pipeline and revenue goals. While this is a remote position, we are seeking candidates in the eastern time zone.
Your Role:
- Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Build and execute strategies across all growth marketing channels: paid media, email/lifecycle, marketing operations, content, and website optimization to drive leads and revenue.
- Channel Partner Acquisition: Develop partner-led acquisition strategies in collaboration with Sales, delivering qualified leads to partners and supporting upsell strategies with our Customer Success team.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics: Oversee martech tools, lead routing, and campaign measurement; define and report on full-funnel KPIs, working closely with our CRM, Rev Ops and data science team.
- PR, Communications & Brand Elevation: Lead PR efforts, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen Sangoma’s market presence and brand credibility, working closely with our Design team.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Build strong relationships with sales, customer success, design, product, and engineering to align on growth strategies and ensure market impact.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop marketers, manage agencies, and foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and performance.
Requirements
Your Background:
- 6–11+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/management role.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (digital, brand, content, product, events, etc.).
- Experience working in a channel sales environment, supporting resellers, distributors, VARs, master agents, or technology partners.
- Track record of building partner marketing programs (co-branded campaigns, MDF management, joint GTM planning).
- Strong background in B2B technology/SaaS marketing (UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud, or related industries a must).
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI across multiple demand generation channels.

- Channel marketing expertise: Partner recruitment, enablement, lead sharing, and co-marketing strategies.

- Digital marketing: Proficiency in SEO/SEM, content marketing, email automation, paid media, and analytics.
- Brand & messaging consistency: Ensures alignment across partner and direct channels.
- Analytical mindset: Comfortable with KPIs, funnel metrics, and partner performance tracking.
- Communication skills: Excellent at presenting to executive leadership, partners, and industry events.
- Leadership: Proven ability to develop and inspire high-performing marketing teams.
