Role Overview
Strategic leader responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
We’re looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Marketing Director to support our global B2B growth. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end Marketing division activities to generate qualified leads and position our brand across key markets globally. You’ll work closely with CBDO and collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, content) as well as external vendors to deliver measurable results.
This role requires deep hands-on experience in running end-to-end B2B marketing activities, driving multi-channel campaigns across international and emerging markets, adapting to regional specifics and buyer behaviour, as well as strong team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media, email, and content syndication
- Own the performance-based lead generation funnel, ensuring campaign alignment with sales goals
- Localize and adapt messaging for diverse regions and markets (LATAM, APAC, Africa, etc.)
- Manage and grow our marketing tech stack (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn, CMS tools)
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure high-performing landing pages and creatives
- Track KPIs and analyze campaign data to drive improvements and ROI
- Align with the Business Development team to ensure seamless lead handoff and nurturing
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when needed
- Stay current with digital trends and apply new techniques to drive results
- Coordinate the Account-Based Marketing program of the company.
- Implement and optimize AI-powered tools across the marketing stack to improve segmentation, personalization, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition/retention metrics.
- Overseeing and evolving brand strategy, identity, and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Lead the organization, and execution of high-impact events—ensuring seamless delivery and strong brand presence at conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in global B2B digital marketing — ideally in tech, telecom, or SaaS
- Minimum 1+ years of marketing team management
- Proven success with lead generation and demand generation across multiple channels
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and automation tools
- Mandatory: Demonstrated experience running digital campaigns in international and emerging markets, adapting targeting and messaging to local contexts
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Marketo, GA4
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution
- Great communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Hands-on knowledge of integrating AI in marketing campaigns
- Proven experience developing and managing B2B brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across channels.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing industry events
