SALARY: $150,000-$175,000, long-term incentive and bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
Reporting to the General Manager of the Brewery, the Marketing Director for Karbach Brewing Company will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts for the brand. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and market share. They will be responsible overseeing all aspects of the brand's marketing, including brand positioning, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and experiential marketing. The responsibility spans from commercial strategy conception to leading a multitude of partners through to a robust and measurable execution in-store, e-commerce, and with wholesalers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with AB's overall business objectives and drives brand growth.

Manage and lead a versatile team of marketing professionals skilled in brand management, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and experiential marketing.

Build and implement brand new marketing strategies that stand out and connect with consumers.

Lead brand reputation and ensure that all marketing communications are consistent with the brand’s values and positioning.

Stay current on the latest marketing trends and technologies to use them to our advantage.

Identifies and cultivate partners that deliver critical sales drivers.

Comprehensive interaction with internal CFX partner: retail sales, wholesaler, regional field sales, category, shopper, trade marketing, sports marketing, XM.

Comprehensive interaction with the following agency partners: Trade marketing, shopper marketing, sports marketing, e-commerce.

Campaign performance reporting, analysis, and optimization.

Active ambassador or team engagement initiatives on immediate brand team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related analytical field.

5+ years of business experience in marketing, sales or general management, with a proven track record of success in developing and driving innovative marketing campaigns.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to develop insights that drive effective marketing strategies.

Excited to work in a constantly evolving and ambiguous environment.

Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally within a large organization.

Driven by achieving goals with a proven history of implementing efficient processes and driving lasting transformation.
