Overview

Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Marketing Director for Optage, to serve as the dedicated marketing lead supporting Optage and PHS Care Services growth initiatives. This role partners with Optage leadership to develop and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies supporting service-line growth, referral development, audience engagement, lead generation, admissions, and service utilization. The position coordinates centralized Sales & Marketing resources and ensures initiatives align with PHS brand standards, organizational priorities, and ministry values.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Optage and PHS Care Services leadership to develop annual and multi-year marketing strategies supporting growth, referrals, and market expansion.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, integrated campaigns, audience engagement plans, and tactical initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, customer needs, and referral-development opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives designed to increase awareness, inquiries, referrals, admissions, and service utilization across Optage service lines.
  • Coordinate digital, web, email, social media, advertising, content, events, sponsorships, and professional audience strategies.
  • Support business development efforts through marketing initiatives, presentations, events, conferences, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage marketing projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
  • Coordinate agency partners, vendors, communications resources, digital resources, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Establish success measures, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
  • Seven or more years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, home health, hospice, or community-based services.
  • Experience managing both B2B referral development and B2C marketing initiatives.
  • Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns utilizing digital, print, web, email, social media, events, and traditional communication channels.
Pay RangeThe estimated starting pay range for this role is $82,000 - $102,000 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change. Benefits

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:

Skills Required
