Responsibilities:

·         Marketing Director – Development Division will be responsible for developing and managing corporate marketing strategies under the direction of the SVP of Sales and Marketing.

·         Lead brand positioning for the Development Division throughout all corporate channels: ONE SIR manager & agent engagement, affiliate relations & ONE essentials.

·         Develop and execute project marketing plans, programs, timelines and budgets under the direction of the SVP of Marketing, with the goal of creating a vision and identity for the project(s) that will ultimately add value and drive sales results.

·         From strategy and research through to execution, the Director will collaborate seamlessly with external creative agencies and internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines to bring these new products successfully to market

·         Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing, sales & operations team

·         Attend DD weekly management meetings with ownership

·         Attend all sales and marketing developer meetings

·         Review and approve all inbound and outbound creative assets from a B2B and B2C perspective

·         Integral part in providing insight and strategy for RFP opportunities

·         Liaise with the sales team early on to provide marketing support and assist with strategy


·         Organize and drive follow-up action items and implement a process for project management-related communication and updates

·         Represent ONE SIR and its projects in the marketplace as directed, including but not limited to real estate forums, broker events, sales missions, etc


Requirements

• The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, client-service oriented, creatively driven, solutions-oriented and is a strategic-thinker who also understands detail and flawless execution

• They have 7+ years’ experience in high-end luxury residential real estate and / or luxury hospitality and have successfully brought new projects to market

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

• Prior branded residential and sales knowledge

• Languages: Proficiency in English required; Spanish proficiency highly regarded

• Experience with establishing and managing budgets

• Experience in managing and directing strategic partners / agencies / vendors

• Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and in-writing

• A proven self-starter who can independently lead both strategy and execution, get internal buy-in, and communicate effectively up and down to ensure alignment

• Demonstrated ability to take complex projects and efforts from conception to successful execution

• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

• Experience working with associates / vendors / customers in remote locations and international markets (multiple time zones)

• Strong team player and ability to foster relationships and collaborate across disciplines

• Experienced overseeing the design and production of print / digital materials and publications

• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills, with ability to toggle between high level, long-term strategies and ground-level, short-term tasks effortlessly

• Strong at tactical delivery with a good eye for detail
