About you
The Marketing Director, Central Region is responsible for developing and implementing cohesive marketing and business development strategies and best practices across the Central Region in alignment with both U.S. and regional initiatives and objectives. This role partners with the Senior Director, Business Development & Marketing | East & Central Regions, the Regional President for the Central market specifically, and the U.S. Marketing & Research team to develop highly effective and innovative regional resources to achieve organic growth and market share gains. The Marketing Director, Central Region will lead and drive strategic resources to enable effective onboarding, training, and promotion of the Colliers platform, tools, and technologies. This role is accountable for developing the structure and resources required to execute the strategic goals of the region.
In this role, you will…
Work closely with the business to deliver measurable ROI, driving the successful execution of key strategic and cross-functional marketing initiatives ensuring active communication with all key stakeholders.
Serve as national marketing business partner and advisor to the Regional President to drive marketing strategy and business development and collaborate on critical talent acquisition endeavors.
Lead and supervise marketing leads and regional teams inclusive of performance management, development, hiring, staffing, and managing priorities in collaboration with regional President.
Be responsible for functional alignment of core marketing functions including business development, property marketing, creative/brand, digital strategy, content development, PR, and communications (internal/external).
Liaise with the national team to help facilitate the implementation of global and national initiatives regionally and locally.
Serve as a key collaborator with regional Strategic Projects Team, to implement and cascade best practices and training, and oversee the strategic approach and elevation of deliverables cross-regionally.
Be responsible for optimizing the region’s pursuit process from inception through completion, driving, and overseeing strategic approach, deliverables/mediums, pitch rehearsals, and presentation coaching.
Participate in select high-profile client-facing pitch presentations and meetings, leading the marketing component and deliverables.
Be a key collaborator with research and GIS functional departments to drive connectivity and elevate deliverables.
Ensure platform and process alignment through strategic consolidation and/or recommendations of preferred vendor platforms/subscriptions.
Implement and scale best practices cross-regionally.
Enforce workflow management system(s) across the region to monitor and track KPI’s with marketing, research, and GIS functions.
Develop and deliver tracking reports, presentations, and analytics on progress of priorities, goals, activities, and programs; monthly, quarterly, semiannually, and annual presentations and reporting.
Engage regional counterparts to share best practices and collaborate, bringing higher effectiveness and efficiency to the region.
What you'll bring
BA/BS Degree required
10-12 years’ experience in a marketing management role
Commercial Real Estate experience required
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Compensation
Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $125,042 to $140,000.
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Bonus
This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
