We think about our Inside Sales Representative program differently than that of most SDR programs. By having marketing automate a lot of the cold outbounding, reps can focus on real conversations with high-level prospects rather than spend hours trying to get a hold of them. Each rep is able to set more than 80 demos/month (@ ~45% conversion to opportunities)
You will:- Qualify and convert a high volume of marketing leads into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
- Partner with marketing to provide immediate campaign feedback and input on future campaign strategy
- Master tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Cognism to maximise productivity
- Develop extensive product knowledge to provide detailed insight to prospects
- Achieve and push the limits of your quota, territory revenue, and growth objectives
- The ability to speak both English and Dutch fluently
- The right to work in the United Kingdom

- The ability to adapt in a fast paced sales organisation - you're a self starter
- Ambitions to be a top sales rep
- Previous experience in B2B sales at the enterprise level (ideally)
