SheerID is seeking a highly talented and proactive Marketing Designer to join our Brand & Content team to drive pivotal transformation across our marketing materials. This is a critical role in shaping the brand’s visual hierarchy and storytelling across collateral, email design, social graphics, slide decks, infographics, and beyond. Reporting to the Senior Brand Designer, this role will be a brand steward and partner closely with the Brand & Content team to scale the brand system and develop clean, modern templates that are easy-to-use. Role Specific Job Duties:
- Lead the template creation of all marketing materials, balancing aesthetics, functionality, UX, and accessibility.
- Partner with the Brand & Content team and marketing colleagues to develop evergreen templates and custom designs for data sheets, white papers, ebooks, infographics, social graphics, slide decks, and events materials.
- Develop a clear visual hierarchy across marketing materials, ensuring assets are visually engaging, easy to read, and align with the brand system.
- Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards and specified timelines.
- Deliver high-quality designs and exceptionally accurate production, scaling the brand system as needed across all touch-points.
- Maintain a curiosity for new design trends, tools, and technology and proactively advocate for ideas that are on the cutting edge of SaaS and Martech.
Required Skills / Experience:
- 4+ years of professional design experience with proven experience developing templated marketing materials.
- Expert in Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Google Slides a must.
- Expert using InDesign style sheets and template creation is a must.
- Proven experience developing marketing materials and cohesion across a brand system a must.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles including visual hierarchy and typography.
- Both digital and print production experience.
- Previous experience in SaaS or Martech industries is preferred.
- Proven ability manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and curiosity in furthering design skills.
- Experience using Asana a plus
