The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Growth UI Designer to craft high-converting user interfaces for our suite of applications. You will sit at the intersection of Design, Product, and Marketing, translating business goals into compelling visual experiences. Your mission is to design, prototype, and iterate on onboarding flows, paywalls, and upsell journeys that turn users into loyal subscribers.

Responsibilities

Monetization UI Design: Design pixel-perfect, high-impact interfaces for critical growth touchpoints, including onboarding sequences, subscription paywalls, special offer modals, and pricing tables.

Creative Experimentation: Collaborate with Product Managers to rapidly produce design variations for A/B tests. You will create distinct visual treatments to test hypotheses around layout, typography, iconography, and color psychology.

User Journey Optimization: Visualize the user path from acquisition to conversion. You will identify friction points in the interface and apply UI solutions that reduce cognitive load and encourage action.

Market Benchmarking: Monitor UI trends in top-grossing apps and competitors. You will maintain a library of inspiration and best practices for monetization mechanics and visual trends.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app work (iOS/Android). Specific experience designing paywalls, landing pages, or conversion flows is a major plus.

Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout and component systems) and prototyping tools (Protopie, Principle, or Figma prototypes).

Data-Driven Mindset: You don’t just design for aesthetics; you design for results. You are comfortable reviewing A/B test results and iterating on your designs based on performance data (Conversion Rate, CTR).

Skills Required
