Marketing Design Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced, visionary Team lead of Design to lead our Brand & Marketing Design team. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the B2C and B2B landscape. As Team lead, you will mentor and guide a team of multidisciplinary designers, taking full responsibility for the team’s success and the overall look and feel of the brand. The ideal candidate will have exceptional conceptual and visual design expertise, along with a strong grasp of complex design systems used across diverse channels.

This position reports directly to the CMO/VP .

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment while providing clear guidance and support.
• Develop and shape the visual identity for AI21 and its sub-brands, aligning design with audience, channel, industry, and business goals. Hands on, person who wants to design.
• Lead the creation of the company’s new website and establish a cohesive web design system.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables are high-quality and consistent with the brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and HR, to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely execution of tasks and resource allocation to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, consistently seeking ways to innovate and enhance the quality of design work, familiar with AI tools.

•  2+ years of experience leading design teams, demonstrating strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
•  3+ years of experience as a Brand&Marketing designer 
•  Professional background in brand and marketing design.
•  Professional background in B2B Or B2C marketing landscape
•  Deep understanding of design systems and information hierarchy, with a talent for both strategic thinking and execution.
•  A creative problem-solver and highly organized, skilled at managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
•  People person, great soft skills and leadership capabilities.
