As a Marketing Delivery Sr. Associate in Auto Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and leading the execution of auto marketing campaigns supporting various marketing channels including email, web, direct mail, and digital ads. In addition, you will will collaborate with strategy to execute campaigns once business cases are approved, review and provide input into creative briefs, obtain approvals and manage campaigns utilizing a large variety of tools and platforms. You should be able to operate in a highly matrixed organization and collaborate across functions to develop and deliver innovative campaigns.
Job responsibilities:
- Support strategy managers on auto marketing campaigns from concept development to delivery; tactics include email, digital (ads/landing pages), social media, and collateral. Strong digital experience is desired
- Support the campaign manager structure and processes when executing campaigns
- Support and work across multifunctional teams, such as Internal design groups, and various centers of excellence teams, Legal, Compliance, Product and Risk for approval of content
- Manage campaigns to ensure initiatives are on-strategy and on-time
- Manage campaign improvement recommendations based on results and contribute innovative and creative ideas to improve customer experience and project performance
- Manage and track multiple activities across many tactics and campaigns utilizing a variety of tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Workfront and Optima.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 4+ years ofexperience in direct to consumer marketing/project management. Experience should include managing multiple complex projects
- Demonstrate problem solving capabilities and ability to solve complex issues.
- Knowledge of database marketing principles, segmentation, testing and results measurement
- Possess ability to think strategically, but willingness to roll up your sleeves and manage the details of marketing project execution including following process and adhering to strict controls
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight deadlines and take projects from initial request through to implementation
- Strong relationship development; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Optima, and JIRA
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- 4 year college degree
- Specific experience in financial services and/or agency-side experience
