As an Associate in Marketing Delivery Executive Reporting and Governance, you bridge strategic insights with effective communication and oversight. You help us present complex data in engaging ways, drive process efficiencies, and foster a positive team culture. You will support regulatory reviews, manage governance procedures, and contribute to staff engagement. Together, we create an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive.
Job Responsibilities
  • Support regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Manage review matrix to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals
  • Administer procedures and job aids to streamline team processes
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance team skills and compliance knowledge
  • Conduct control testing to evaluate and improve marketing processes
  • Oversee recertification administration for marketing materials
  • Develop and deliver executive reports and presentations
  • Identify and implement process improvement efficiencies
  • Foster staff engagement and positive team culture
  • Communicate complex data and strategies clearly and effectively
  • Collaborate with team partners to achieve shared objectives
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience creating visual presentations and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to administer procedures and job aids
  • Experience supporting regulatory or compliance reviews
  • Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration
  • Ability to conduct control testing and process evaluations
  • Motivated to take initiative and adapt to new challenges
  • Commitment to service and organizational success

  • Experience in marketing oversight or governance
  • Familiarity with recertification administration
