In this role, you will power the data foundation behind how we reach, engage, and grow our customers—ensuring marketing decisions are driven by accurate insights, high-quality audiences, and scalable data solutions. Your work will directly influence campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and revenue growth by enabling smarter targeting and performance measurement across global teams. Partnering across Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, and Enterprise Data, you’ll play a critical role in advancing Global Payments’ mission to deliver seamless, data-driven commerce experiences while building innovative solutions that scale with the future of our business.
What you'll own- Build and scale marketing data solutions that improve audience quality, campaign performance, and revenue outcomes by enabling precise targeting and actionable insights.
- Drive data integrity and trust across platforms, ensuring marketing data is accurate, compliant, and standardized to support confident decision-making and measurable business impact.
- Design and optimize audience segmentation strategies that increase engagement, reduce overlap, and elevate customer and prospect experiences across global campaigns.

- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks, and a strong understanding of data pipelines and architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning data solutions to business objectives.
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and advanced segmentation or identity resolution strategies.
- Familiarity with global data privacy and consent regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on marketing data practices.
