We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing & SEO to drive growth across both organic and paid channels. This role will primarily focus on Search & AI Engine Optimisation (SEO/AEO), while supporting performance marketing initiatives (e.g. SEM, social, display, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue outcomes. The role may also include data analytics, including performance reporting, attribution, and insight generation.

Search & AI Engine Optimisation (SEO/AEO) 

  • Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search performance 

  • Conduct keyword research, optimise content, and monitor site performance to improve organic rankings and AI citations

  • Collaborate with content, web & IT teams to drive SEO/AEO best practices, enhancing visibility and traffic 

  • Develop SEO and SEM synergy to meet commercial needs 

  • Drive SEO growth beyond English-speaking markets, ensuring strategies are relevant for localised audiences 

  • Manage SEO vendors and work with relevant teams to build reporting dashboards

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across SEM and other performance channels

  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to meet KPIs

  • Analyse performance and implement structured optimisation (A/B testing, creative, landing pages)

  • Work closely with media agencies and platform partners

Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance across funnel stages, customer segments, campaign types and markets

  • Maintain weekly/monthly reporting cadence with a focus on accuracy and actionable storytelling

  • Continuously enhance dashboard UX and data visualisation logic

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other Marketing teams to drive integrated growth

  • Partner with agencies and vendors to deliver execution excellence

  • Ensure alignment across campaigns, landing pages, and customer journeys

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields

  • 5-7 years of direct experience in SEO, performance marketing or related roles

  • Strong hands-on experience in SEO (technical, content, and optimisation)

  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Search Console, SEO platforms (e.g. BrightEdge)

  • Experience with paid media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, SA360, DV360, etc.)

  • Understanding of ad platform metrics, tagging standards, UTMs and CRM analytics

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Effective project and stakeholder management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, an able to work independently while managing multiple projects 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields
  • 4-6 years in marketing analytics, CRM, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with tracking, tagging and analytics tools
  • Strong proficiency in digital analytics platforms and tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel
  • Understanding of ad platform metrics, tagging standards, UTMs, CRM analytics
  • Experience with digital marketing and CRM platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, etc.)
