Operationalize initiative tracking with clear KPIs and reporting cadence for Marketing and Commercial stakeholders.
Measure campaign performance (pre/post, incremental impact, attribution by channel/audience) and its effect on production.
Analyze upsell/cross-sell, cohorts, and propensity, prioritize recommendations, and quantify business value.
Deep dive into churn: reasons, risk segments, and mitigation actions.
Ensure data quality, traceability, and governance: naming standards, metric documentation, consistency checks.
Automate refreshes, alerts, and workflows with Power Platform for efficiency.
Prepare clear narratives and presentations for leadership and non-technical teams.
Collaborate on international projects within a global data-driven culture.

Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI (modeling, advanced DAX, Power Query), and SQL for data extraction/preparation.
Experience measuring campaigns and commercial KPIs (lead funnel, conversion, CPA/CAC, LTV, churn).
Strong data storytelling skills: translate findings into decisions and business cases.
