Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation and Paid Media teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Organize and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to create insightful dashboards and visualizations.
- Work cross-functionally to maintain, fix, and update existing business reporting and BI systems.
- Monitor key sales and marketing metrics to identify trends in user behavior and work closely with stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities.
- Apply strong written and communication skills for data-driven storytelling and explaining technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Perform KPI forecasting to optimize budget and resource allocation across marketing campaigns and programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- 3 years’ hands-on experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Advanced skills in SQL
- Experience with BigQuery, Python, or R would be a plus
- Deep knowledge of advertising and marketing metrics such as CLV, LTV, CAC, and ROI.
- Background with CRM and attribution software, preferably Salesforce and Marketo.
- General understanding of marketing technologies.
- Must be familiar with B2B business.
- Detail-oriented professional with an ability to quickly learn new technologies and tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
