- Understands the regulatory management and use of data, as well as audience targeting modeling.

- Collaborates with IT and other data partners on how best to leverage bank and third-party data.
- Works with the Operations teams when data quality and/or errors are found in primary sources.
- Uses statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction.
- Works with programmers, engineers, and business line management to identify process, improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise strategies.
- Prepares final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.
