Purpose of Role
Responsible for transforming marketing and digital engagement data into actionable insights that optimize marketing performance, enhance customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth. Spans traditional and digital marketing channels including direct mail, streaming, digital experience platforms, and landing pages and partners closely with marketing leadership to enable data-driven decision-making. Works as a strategic partner to the Director, Customer Analytics, supporting key analytical initiatives and establishing best practices for marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
• Leads analytical projects across marketing programs, campaigns, and digital experiences using advanced segmentation, attribution, and optimization techniques.
• Evaluates performance across traditional and digital channels to inform spend allocation, creative strategy, and ROI optimization.
• Designs and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards to track campaign performance, lead flow, and conversion outcomes.
• Develops predictive models for customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value to guide marketing investment strategies.
• Partners with marketing, digital, and technology teams to align analytics with KPIs, OKRs, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Translates analytical findings into executive-ready insights and presentations that drive strategy adjustments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or digital media optimization.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Ability to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for campaigns and channels.
• Solid understanding of attribution, testing design, and trend analysis.
• Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
