About the role 

The Campaign Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of our CRM marketing campaigns by overseeing and participating in the end-to-end execution of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consumer experiences. This role is responsible for writing and refining user stories for campaign execution requests, configuring marketing communications (email, SMS) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing feedback to brand on copy and design, conducting quality checks campaigns, monitoring list health, and analyzing campaign performance. 

Main responsibilities:  

  • Support Product Owner in reviewing features/user-stories for campaign execution, convert functional requirements to technical requirements, estimate user stories  

  • Configure email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring they align with campaign goals and brand guidelines 

  • Provide feedback to copywriters and designers to create more compelling and visually appealing email assets 

  • Conduct quality checks on email campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to standards.  

  • Monitor list health and develop prospecting plans to drive list growth 

  • Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing recommendations for future improvements 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product owners, regional channel managers, and developers, to deliver high-quality products and features.  

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing technologies and best practices. 

Key Qualifications and Experiences:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.  

  • 5-6+ years of experience in CRM/direct marketing.  

  • 3+ years hands-on experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with SFMC Certifications required in Email and Admin.  

  • 3+ years proven experience building email campaigns end-to-end with a strong understanding of email and mobile marketing (push, in-app, and SMS) best practices 

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working with Scrum teams 

  • Firm knowledge of HTML and CSS, templates, links, tagging, and AMPscript 

  • Basic knowledge of SQL.  

  • Ability to translate business stakeholders' requests into user stories and effectively communicate technical aspects in non-technical language 

  • Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns 

  • Experience with cloud ecosystems, including Azure, Sitecore Cloud, or AWS.  

  • In depth experience with DevOps and CI/CD as well as version control systems (e.g., Git).  

  • SFMC Certifications required: Email, Admin, Developer.
