About the Role

We are looking for highly creative, strategically minded, and culturally connected

Marketing Creatives to support Sony Pictures Entertainment’s marketing initiatives across Latin America.

These roles are designed for hybrid creatives who combine conceptual thinking, storytelling, editing, and innovation to help elevate the creative output, speed, and efficiency of the marketing organization. The ideal candidates are not only strong idea generators but also hands-on executors capable of developing concepts, writing scripts and copy, editing sizzles, and leveraging emerging AI tools to create impactful marketing solutions.

These creatives will play a key role in developing innovative campaigns, experiential activations, presentations, and content ideas that support entertainment brands across Sony Pictures Entertainment’s portfolio, including Sony One, TV Networks, TV Distribution, FAST Channels, Ad Sales, and other business units.

The ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, understand entertainment marketing, and have a strong passion for premium storytelling and audience engagement across Latin American markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for marketing initiatives across digital, experiential, social, and B2B platforms
  • Create compelling presentations, pitch materials, and visual storytelling assets for internal and external stakeholders
  • Write creative copy, scripts, hooks, taglines, and marketing messaging for campaigns and promotional materials
  • Edit sizzles, trailers, presentations, mood videos, and short-form content for marketing and experiential initiatives
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Marketing teams, Producers, Designers, and Editors to develop integrated creative solutions
  • Contribute to experiential marketing concepts, event ideas, branded activations, and audience engagement experiences
  • Support campaign ideation through moodboards, references, creative treatments, and visual storytelling approaches
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative workflows, ideation, editing, content generation, and production efficiency
  • Develop culturally relevant creative solutions tailored to Latin American audiences and regional market nuances
  • Stay current with entertainment trends, social media culture, digital storytelling, editing styles, and emerging creative technologies
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative quality and meeting tight deadlines
  • Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Film, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience working as a Creative in entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or premium lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience working with premium entertainment brands in Latin America, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, concepts, presentations, editing work, experiential ideas, and creative storytelling
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative ideas
  • Experience creating presentations and pitch materials with strong storytelling structure and visual sensibility
  • Experience editing sizzles, trailers, mood videos, social content, or promotional materials
  • Strong writing skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese with the ability to develop concise, engaging marketing copy and concepts
  • Understanding of experiential marketing, branded activations, and audience engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and openness to integrating emerging technologies into creative workflows
  • Strong understanding of entertainment marketing, pop culture, social media, and digital trends across LATAM
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; working proficiency in English required
