Charlie Health is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Creative Intern to support a range of design, web, and content tasks that bring our brand to life across channels. Working closely with the Marketing team, this intern will assist in designing and updating marketing collateral, publishing content to our website, and ensuring brand consistency across materials. This position will be for the 2025-2026 school year with opportunities for future extension upon a successful initial internship.

Responsibilities
- Design and update marketing materials in Figma, including one-pagers, flyers, and internal documents
- Edit and version existing collateral to reflect updated messaging, branding, or program details
- Upload new blogs and testimonials to our website using our CMS (Wordpress)
- Support website updates during versioning cycles by editing page content and layout
- Maintain and organize asset libraries and internal design files
- Collaborate with teammates across marketing to fulfill creative requests and keep materials up to date
- Assist with ad hoc marketing and design projects as they arise
Requirements
- A current student in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Design, Communications) with hands-on design experience through coursework, internships, or personal projects
- Proficient in Figma and/or other design tools, with a strong grasp of layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Familiar with (or excited to learn) CMS tools like WordPress
- Known for your attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
- A proactive contributor who’s taken initiative whether through campus leadership, freelance work, awards, or other creative accomplishments
- A strong communicator who’s collaborative, curious, and eager to grow
- Genuinely excited about creativity, storytelling, and making behavioral healthcare more accessible
