MARKETING COORDINATOR

This role will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across our portfolio of global and local brands, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and brand activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Assist in developing brand initiatives and translating global strategies into local market activity
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to deliver marketing programs and promotional activities
  • Prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and update marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and budgets
  • Assist with content creation for digital platforms including social media and company communications
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to support decision-making
  • Support PR initiatives, events, and brand activations across the business
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing, digital, or communications role
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital and social media platforms
  • Experience working with consumer brands, retail, or FMCG environments is an advantage
