We are looking for a creative, driven Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning culture and support our brand team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings fresh ideas to the table. The Marketing Coordinator will support brand managers across online and offline marketing projects, with a strong emphasis on content creation, social media, and digital storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production of marketing deliverables with members of the creative, project management, and interactive marketing teams
- Execute the development and production of content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and video channels including YouTube — from concept through final edit
- Write internal project briefs, creative briefs, and assist with other writing projects
- Partner with internal brand stakeholders to shepherd projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment and timely delivery across teams
- Review copy and design for accuracy and adherence to brand standards
- Support media plan management, information gathering, and analysis
- Assist in management of marketing programs including email, conventions, print, paid media, and social channels
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and pertinent information, and take and disseminate notes
- Process invoicing and credit card charges; facilitate budget requests
- Assist brand manager with special requests as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or business
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Strong writer
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage flow of projects
- Extensive PC knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Professional, collaborative team player
- Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $49,920 -- $81,307 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
