Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join Movado Group in support of the North America Sales Team. This individual will collaborate closely with the Licensed Brands Marketing Teams and Sales Team to help execute strategic marketing initiatives, support sales-driving programs, and ensure the successful coordination of marketing activities across multiple brands and channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and cross-functional relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative request process (banners, social, emails) with In-house team and external agency
    • Follow brand guidelines and approval process
    • Update job book, job tracker, work orders
    • Create Purchase Orders
    • Submit invoices with Finance Team
  • Update North America Brand One-Page-Wonders with seasonal highlights
  • Execute Seasonal POS Initiatives and visual updates for the Brands including order tracking and shipments to stores
    • Coordinate with retail field ops team to execute in-store POS activations
    • Distribute visuals with mailroom to field reps.
  • Help with Market week preparations (organizing samples, printing line sheets, order catering, etc.)
    • Manage sample organization and presentations for two Licensed Brands
  • Follow up with brands for marketing assets – ensure on-time delivery for upcoming seasons
  • Update team with any GWPs, brand, marketing news
  • In collaboration with the Sales team, develop, deliver, and replenish merchandising guidelines and materials to ensure the highest level of consumer experience including superior in store product placement

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Take-charge attitude while fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing-related software/tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and campaign coordination
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree

The hourly range for this position is between $25.00 and $29.00.  The hourly rate is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.
