MARKETING COORDINATOR
Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Hybrid
Schedule: Full-Time
Hourly Pay: $22 to $28/hour (based on experience)

EVS is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support brand growth, content execution, and internal engagement initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across a variety of marketing functions from social media and content coordination to events and internal communications.

You will play a key role in keeping marketing efforts organized, consistent, and moving forward while collaborating with teams across the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support social media execution by scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Coordinate and maintain content calendars to align with campaigns, events, and company milestones.
  • Track performance metrics and compile monthly reports to evaluate audience growth and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist with content creation including copy drafting, image coordination, and posting logistics.
  • Manage swag inventory, ordering, and distribution while maintaining organization of marketing materials and supplies.
  • Assist in creating and updating branded materials in alignment with company standards.
  • Support planning and execution of conferences, career fairs, and internal events.
  • Coordinate logistics including shipping materials, organizing assets, and supporting on site needs.
  • Develop internal communication materials such as event flyers and HR announcements.
  • Update business development materials including resumes, SOQs, and presentations.
  • Act as a central coordinator across marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and projects stay on track.
  • Manage tasks, track deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor budgets, invoices, and performance metrics for assigned projects.
  • Provide support across marketing efforts as priorities evolve.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a coordination focused role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign and Canva for creating and updating marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience with portrait or event photography is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and identify gaps.
  • Flexibility to shift priorities and support a variety of marketing initiatives.
  • Clear and professional communication skills when working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong follow through with a focus on execution and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, explore creative ideas, and improve processes.
