Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to contribute to our team in our La Vergne, TN office.
In this role, you will support the Ingram Marketing Advantage (IMA) team in executing Backlist and Title Marketing Services for IPS publishers, helping drive successful marketing campaigns across a diverse range of genres. You’ll leverage strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate publisher onboarding into IMA programs, while also managing campaign execution, reporting, and research to support ongoing initiatives. As Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with broader business objectives. You’ll also play a key role in day-to-day operations, including preparing presentations, supporting campaign deployment, and maintaining project workflows in Asana to keep the team organized and efficient.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with the backend of Meta and Amazon platforms
- Utilized Asana or a similar Project Management tool
- 2 years of prior marketing experience
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in or a strong passion for the book publishing industry preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides support and assistance to the IMA team, including the tactical execution of frontlist and backlist marketing campaigns, strategies and services across the Ingram Marketing Advantage team.
- Assists the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop, Meta, and other emerging retail or advertising channels as needed.
- Organizes Ingram Marketing Advantage client onboarding and offboarding, including managing contracts with legal and assigning tasks to relevant team members.
- Maintains and updates the IMA publisher pipeline and Asana board.
- Assists with development and growth of IMA publisher pipeline—including coordinating meetings, pitch decks, case studies, proposals, etc.
- Supports Senior Manager and IMA team with creation of external facing IMA program offerings, marketing materials, business reports and presentations as needed.
Hiring Salary Range: $28.03/hr to $34.94/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
