Responsibilities:
Processes and files invoices properly and accurately
Works with internal and external creative resources for project execution
Creates digital, print, and social media content
Manage social media calendar and content posting
Organizes and upkeeps literature library including management of branch literature requests
Works with Marketing Communications team and external agencies to create marketing deliverables that are clean, consistent, on-time, and comply with corporate style guidelines
Helps with event planning and coordination of communications
Responds to requests for marketing material and sales collateral
Works in a cooperative manner with team and superiors
Collaborates with Project Management team and key division personnel regarding specific marketing plans to develop product differentiation and communication responsive to market opportunities and divisional objectives
Works well with external vendors and customers on occasion to assist in producing communications
Establishes strong relationships with vendors
Effectively edits and writes content for communications
Uses understanding of graphic design and typography fundamentals
Executes keen attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and inaccuracies
Qualifications:
4-year degree preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Create Cloud, WordPress, and Social Media Management including Meta and LinkedIn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills
Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player, yet also able to work independently and with limited supervision at times
Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Efficiency, Planning and Organization, Problem Solving, Teamwork
Must have and maintain a clean driving record
Travel:
Able to travel 1-10% of time (travel may include overnight and minimal weekend travel within our service territory: Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Missouri)

The pay range for this position is
$26.85 to $32.21Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
