Primary Function

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-day-development and performance monitoring of multiple digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to email campaigns (both transactional and marketing), personalized video development, landing page management, and segmentation and strategic planning across ten brands. Collaborate closely with the Customer Communication and Experience Strategy team, servicing teams, and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role also plays a key part in supporting broader campaign operations and strategy, aligning with team's primary goal of optimizing engagement, improving homeowner experience, and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance the brand's reputation.

Principal Duties:
  • Develop and execute servicing campaigns (transactional and marketing) for various audiences, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather campaign data and translate key insights to provide strategic recommendations to optimize email content, send frequency, and delivery timing based on data-driven performance metrics.
  • Develop personalized scripting for servicing videos to enhance engagement.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on email templates, video scripts, FAQs, and landing pages to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Manage partnerships for servicing content on digital platforms including websites and self-service hubs for engagement and future strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to broader marketing efforts by supporting segmentation strategies and multi-channel planning, including direct mail, social media, onboarding programs, servicing transfers, and integrated surveys.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to uncover consumer trends and support advisory services with actionable insights for email and digital platforms.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, integrated marketing communications preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in a data driven marketing role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Content writing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of homeowner segmentation and personalization techniques.
  • Basic understanding of branding and design principles for email layouts.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and legal review processes.
  • Awareness of A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of data analytics and key email metrics (open rates, CTOR).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
