An opportunity now exists for a Marketing Coordinator (Motoring) to join the Brand & Marketing team within the Member Value and Connection division.
This role supports the Marketing Manager (Motoring) with planning, developing and executing marketing communications strategies for our Motoring products and services.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Marketing Manager across all motoring products to deliver marketing campaigns and communications activities to achieve targets.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager and motoring stakeholders in launching new products and services as required.
- Briefing, coordinating and production of marketing materials.
- Briefing and coordinating social media campaigns.
- Coordinating direct and own channel content including eDM, print and direct mail communications.
- Ensuring quality on-brand output that is delivered on time and within budget in conjunction with sales and retention targets being achieved.
- Coordination of required compliance, brand and product approvals for relevant marketing materials.
- Maintaining and updating motoring content on the RAC intranet and website.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders as well as creative and media agency representatives.
- Reporting on the success of marketing initiatives through post-campaign reports and BPR (Business Performance Report), leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Processing marketing invoices, reconciliation of expenses and general admin as required.
What are we looking for in you?
- Relevant experience in a Marketing role in a busy fast-paced environment
- End-to-end campaign management experience
- Understanding of marketing theory and strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organisation, attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and campaign success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline is desirable
