We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Team of Marketing professionals! In this role, you will manage day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and activities;
• Manage day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate promotional initiatives within the team;
• Liaise with designers for marketing collateral production, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projects;
• Support website management through content briefings, page creation, and regular updates;
• Produce engaging content for website, newsletters and other promotional channels;
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns targeting societies and events;
• Create compelling video content;
• Track and report on marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Great attention to details;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (native or near-native English proficiency);
• Strong understanding of marketing principles;
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field;
• 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing (incl. internships);
• Experience with graphic & video creation platforms, such as: Canva, Animoto, Biteable etc.
• Experience with WordPress is a plus
