Role overviewAs a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across teams and channels. You will ensure campaigns, launches, and creative projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business goals.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, collaborative, and experienced in managing multiple marketing workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end marketing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
- Support execution of campaigns across digital, social, email, partnerships, and brand initiatives
- Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and Ops teams to ensure alignment
- Maintain project plans, workflows, and reporting for marketing initiatives
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies to keep projects on track
- Improve marketing processes, tools, and operational efficiency
- Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders and leadership
Required
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or campaign operations
- Strong organizational and execution skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Notion, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in startups, marketplaces, logistics, or consumer tech
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and brand marketing
- Understanding of marketing performance metrics and campaign measurement
- Passion for building scalable marketing operations
- Own execution of high-impact marketing initiatives in a fast-growing marketplace
