The Opportunity:

An Opportunity exists to join Cochlear APAC's marketing team as Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing Communications, you will join a collaborative and high performing regional marketing function to support the implementation of marketing activities, and work with country level marketing teams across the APAC region to support product launches and product campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project managing the end-to-end execution of product communications for country launches.
  • Supporting countries in the localisation of marketing product materials.
  • Collaborating with the Global digital team to implement digital elements of the country launch communications plan.
  • Localising and adapting global product materials as required for the APAC region.
  • Managing accurate tracking records of planned and implemented activities for each country.
  • Maintaining accurate tracking records of the regional communications planning documents and portals.
  • Ensuring that regional information sharing portals are up to date with the latest content.
  • Ensuring accurate, up to date and compliant documentation production and management.

About You. As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Essential:

  • Background in a corporate marketing team, executing on regional marketing initiatives & campaign.

  • Strong written, verbal and communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritise work and deliverables, as well as ability to multi-task

  • Successful record of managing marketing projects and balancing deliverables.

  • Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders from multicultural backgrounds.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Proven attention to detail and desire for accuracy in all work.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field.

Preferred:

  • Marketing communications, product marketing, project management
  • Prior experience in medical device or life sciences industry
