About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Operations Head in managing day-to-day operations involving administrative, regulatory, and/or compliance activities geared toward expanding GoTyme Bank’s customer base and helping improve its products and services.
- COMPLIANCE
- Completeness of vendor onboarding and accreditation
- Timeliness and accuracy of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders
- Filing and monitoring of Contracts
- Submission of DTI, ASC, and other regulatory requirements
- BUDGET
- Timeliness and accuracy of Request for Payment (RFP) to vendors/ marketing contest winners
- Liquidation of Marketing Operations’ revolving fund
- CAMPAIGNS, EVENTS, PROMOS
- Provide coordination and logistical support pre, post, and during marketing promos and events
- And other duties as assigned by the Marketing Operations Head.
Must haves
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or Business course
- Preferably with administrative experience background in Brand, Trade Marketing, or Sales.
- At least one year of work experience
- Understands how the role can assist in meeting company goals
- Comfortable with traveling occasionally to assist with program activations.
- Displays an intermediate skill level in MS Office and other computer skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work setup
