Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will play an essential role in supporting the firm leadership and marketing team with graphic design, content creation, and proposal development. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented and has strong communication skills. You’ll be working closely with members of the marketing and business development team, principals, firm staff, and consultants to develop marketing collateral, write and edit content, and help convey our firm's vision and achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Support: Assist in developing and producing proposals, qualifications, and RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring all materials are clear, visually engaging, and meet client requirements.
  • Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation: Design marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and digital graphics to support project proposals and internal communications.
  • Content Development: Write, edit, and proofread project descriptions, case studies, bios, and other marketing materials, tailoring the content to resonate with different audiences.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for the website, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with the firm’s branding.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand aesthetic across all marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Gather information on competitors, industry trends, and target markets to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in architecture, design, or related fields.
