The Role

Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. provides turnkey submetering and utility expense management services to property managers, building owners and developers across Canada. Wyse is unique in its ability to provide energy consumption transparency and accountability to its customers.

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing and supporting the organization’s marketing strategy. This position requires a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to develop and manage marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Coordinator will oversee content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and performance analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign development and execution | Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to build brand awareness, trust, and engagement while supporting the sales pipeline.
  • Content and social media management | Manage social media accounts, maintain a content calendar, and create high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, and reels.
  • Marketing analytics and optimization | Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Event support and brand promotion | Assist in planning and executing events that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • AI and digital marketing tools utilization | Leverage AI tools and digital marketing platforms to enhance efficiencies while maintaining authentic and engaging content.
  • Additional duties include budget tracking and allocation, administrative support, data entry, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.

Required Education and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Creative Industries, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation, preferably in a high-growth or real estate-related industry.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools including Excel, CRM software, content creation platforms, marketing automation systems, email marketing services, social media management, analytics platforms, SEO tools, photo and video editing applications, and art and design fundamentals.
  • A team player who aligns with organizational goals while excelling as an individual contributor.
