The Digital Marketing Coordinator will lead & implement the day-to-day execution for 3 key Marketing Projects: CRM, Website Development & SEO. This position will work cross-functionally with QA, Regulatory, & Marketing teams.  This role will require great attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple assignments and stakeholders, while adhering to tight timelines and compliance. This role will be the dedicated POC for our CRM, Web Development & SEO agencies.


Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM Projects across 3 Core Brands – working closely with agency
  • Ensure monthly communications, Welcome Journeys, revisions & approvals execute as per agreed upon content calendar and scope
  • Work closely with respective Brand, Legal and Regulatory Teams to obtain necessary approvals and maintain agreed upon timelines
  • Work with agency to ensure monthly CRM reporting is shared & track KPIs accordingly
  • Supports DAM with website updates, working closely with IT&D team, web development agency and Brand Teams ​
  • Liaise with Brand Managers for UX/UI of the websites, updating articles, products, new web pages, buy now pages, NPDs etc.​
  • Ongoing monitoring of cookie tags & compliance as per Global direction
  • Lead day-to-day communications with SEO agency to develop and optimize content, technical fixes, site audits/scans and necessary approvals
  • Works closely with SEM lead to ensure SEO initiatives are shared and both teams are working towards our collective KPIs
  • Ensure SEO reporting is shared as per agreed upon cadence and presented to the wider teams as necessary

Qualification

  • Min. 1 year experience with digital media or project management, preferably in CRM and/or SEO programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Google Analytics, SA360, Salesforce-considered an asset.
