We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role will focus on event logistics, content execution, brand asset management, and marketing operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns and events while maintaining the efficiency of our marketing processes.
What you will do
- This role will provide support in each of these key areas: event support, content and campaigns, brand assets and documentation
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and shipping materials
- Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure on-time execution
- Oversee inventory and delivery of promotional materials, booth setups, and on-site coordination
- Support post-event tasks, including gathering feedback, summarizing results, and assisting with follow-ups
- Monitor event budgets and provide ROI reports to the team
- Proofread, format, and upload blog posts, case studies, and videos to content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
- Maintain the content calendar and assist with coordinating deadlines
- Organize and distribute content assets to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a centralized library of brand assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility
- Coordinate with vendors for production and printing of marketing collateral
- Enforce brand guidelines across all marketing activities
- Manage and update a library of PowerPoint templates, marketing decks, and presentation materials
- Tailor presentations to specific audiences, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Track and report on campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups
- Support administrative tasks like data entry and tracking marketing collateral
What skills and experience you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in B2B or ad tech industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with CMS platforms and basic design tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
