Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our global marketing efforts, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is integral to our marketing team and involves managing marketing initiatives that span both global and APAC-specific markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively across different cultures and markets.

Key Responsibilities:Global Marketing (60%)

Marketing Research: Conduct market research to identify industry associations, press contacts, potential venues, and other opportunities to support marketing strategies and event planning.

  • Marketing Logistics: Oversee the ordering, inventory management, and distribution of branded swag and marketing materials for events, campaigns, and internal use.
  • Marketing Administration: Provide administrative support for the marketing team, including contact management, database support , organizing marketing materials, and assisting with reporting.
  • Partner marketing coordination: Assist in coordinating partner and integrations marketing activities, including supporting joint campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and execution of global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy. Plan and schedule the monthly marketing newsletter. 
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of global events, webinars, and conferences, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

APAC Market-Specific (40%)

  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand the unique needs and trends of the APAC market, providing insights that will inform localized marketing strategies.
  • Localized Campaigns: Adapt and execute global marketing strategies to meet the specific needs of the APAC market, ensuring cultural relevance and market appeal.
  • Partnership Management: Identify and manage relationships with local partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance market penetration in APAC.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing and managing regional events and trade shows, ensuring they are tailored to the APAC market. Particularly around post-event follow-ups and action plans. 
  • Language Localization: Coordinate the translation and localization of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
  • Regional Reporting: Track and report on the performance of APAC-specific marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to the global marketing team. This will include list and contact management. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or project management, with a focus on global or regional (preferably APAC) markets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media platforms).
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
    • Familiarity with the APAC market and cultural nuances.
    • Language skills in one or more APAC languages are a plus - ideal languages, Thai or Bahasa.

    • Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
