This role is a Full time, in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine, CA location. This role offers a non-exempt hourly rate of $23.00-$26.00 an hour, depending on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship. 

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative and savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic digital team at BDS. In your role, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and management of our social media content in addition to planning and executing successful internal and external campaigns for our companies. Your role involves close collaboration with our internal team, jointly defining and managing social media strategies and curating top-notch content to increase brand awareness and enhance engagement. You’ll have excellent multi-tasking skills, a creative way of thinking, incorporate new social media trends into content development, and be comfortable being in images and videos you create by yourself. Your in-depth understanding of the social media landscape, proficiency in identifying trends, interpreting metrics, and dynamic writing skills will help increase brand awareness, boost audience engagement, and driving sales and conversions will greatly impact the company and our branding!

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day paid social media campaign management: campaign planning and setup, content creation (i.e., work with Canva templates, set up appointments with team members to record interviews/social media content ), quality control, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization across multiple social platforms for multiple brands.
• Create high-quality, compelling, and engaging content and stories; ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile and video
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends, platform changes, and cutting-edge tactics, and apply learnings to campaigns. 
• Edit captured footage and images using Canva or video editing software and follow our style guidelines to get them ready for social media.
• Work with Sprout Social to post and schedule the created content across all social media profiles for multiple brands.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of marketing experience.
• Ability to work with Canva to create all types of images, graphics and marketing material needed for internal and external marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing and copy editing skills to create compelling content for our website, emails, events and other marketing channels.
• Must have a strong understanding of social platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.) and marketing applications such as Sprout Social.
• Very detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
