Australian Venue Co. is seeking a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Perth-based marketing team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract.

Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager - WA, you will assist in driving marketing activity for Claremont Hotel and selected venues across the Western Australian portfolio. In this support-focused role, you will help maintain brand standards, drive marketing strategy and activity calendars, and assist with digital marketing initiatives where required.

You’ll work closely with venue managers and the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns, content and promotional activity are delivered on time, on brand and aligned to venue objectives.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager with marketing activity across Claremont Hotel and selected WA venues.
  • Working with venue managers to provide practical marketing advice and recommendations.
  • Maintaining the Claremont brand bible and ensuring marketing activity aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Building and managing venue marketing activity calendars.
  • Supporting long-lead campaign planning and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Coordinating marketing briefs, deadlines and deliverables through Monday.com.
  • Maintaining venue websites and supporting growth in website traffic.
  • Creating and publishing EDMs in line with content schedules.
  • Supporting social media campaigns using data-driven audiences and conversion tracking.
  • Monitoring digital performance, engagement and return on advertising spend where possible.
  • Briefing and coordinating photography and content shoots.
  • Assisting with design briefs, invoicing, printing and general marketing administration.
  • Supporting campaign reporting and monthly digital updates.
  • Contributing ideas, campaign examples and best practice across the marketing team.
  • Building strong working relationships with venue managers and operations teams.
About you

You are a proactive marketing professional with strong digital capability, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in hospitality and customer experiences.

You will ideally have:

  • At least two years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience executing marketing strategies and activity calendars.
  • Strong digital marketing capability and knowledge of current trends.
  • Experience using Meta Business Manager, Google Suite, website CMS and CRM platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating and publishing email marketing campaigns.
  • An understanding of social media advertising, audiences and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with website content management and digital reporting.
  • Strong planning, project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Confidence working with venue managers and multiple stakeholders.
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
  • A creative, solutions-focused and commercially minded approach.
  • Hospitality marketing experience will be highly regarded.
