Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing programs, events, communications, digital initiatives, and other projects that help drive brand awareness and business growth. This role works closely with members of the Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Education teams to coordinate projects, maintain marketing materials, support events, and assist with day-to-day marketing activities.

This role also provides support to Proteor's Global Marketing team, helping coordinate cross-regional campaigns, content, and brand initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment across global markets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital, social media, email, events, public relations, and other channels.
  • Support trade show and event planning, including registration, exhibit logistics, promotional materials, travel coordination, shipping, and internal communications.
  • Assist with the coordination of sponsorship and community programs, including events and related marketing activities.
  • Support website projects, including content organization, updates, maintenance, and coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Assist with social media activities, including content coordination, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Coordinate the inventory and distribution of marketing collateral, promotional items, product samples, and event materials.
  • Support Clinical Education events in collaboration with Sales and Clinical Education teams, including site coordination, supplies, patient models, attendee communications, and continuing education documentation.
  • Assist with marketing reports, project tracking, budgets, and other department reporting needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and other marketing partners as needed.
  • Assist with the development and proofreading of marketing communications, presentations, promotional materials, and other content.
  • Support marketing projects from planning through execution, helping ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, project documentation, calendars, and resources.
  • Provide general administrative and project coordination support to the Marketing team.
  • Support the Global Marketing team with cross-regional projects, campaigns, and communications, helping ensure consistent messaging and coordination across international markets.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Creative, curious, and eager to learn new marketing concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Comfortable taking initiative while also seeking guidance when needed.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, website content management, email marketing, or similar marketing tools is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with colleagues across time zones and regions in support of global marketing initiatives.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience required.
  • Internship, co-op, or other relevant hands-on marketing experience may be considered as part of overall experience.
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, social media, digital marketing, or marketing communications is preferred.
