Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator role is primarily responsible for managing our marketing efforts for both The Star and AT&T Stadium for tours and private events. This role will be tasked with finding and managing alternate revenue streams in order to increase public tourism, tour leads and private event leads. They are also responsible for increasing exposure through various marketing platforms for both properties. This individual will help increase lead volume of both properties in efforts for each tours and private events department to reach their revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive lead generation for The Star and AT&T Stadium through means of attending conferences, networking events, trade shows, industry events, etc.
• Marketing efforts to include creation of sales collateral, presentations, direct mail, email campaigns, website updates, proofreading, advertising, and social media marketing.
• Work closely with Dallas Cowboys marketing team to create campaigns and marketing efforts around seasonal offerings.
• Manage all FIT partner relationships by sending weekly/monthly reporting, onboarding new partners and creating program feed and information.
• Utilize data and CRM platforms to build targeted marketing campaigns that increase ticket conversions and repeat guest visitation.
• Attend tourism and ticketing conferences and represent/sell AT&T Stadium, The Star and be able to speak to other Legends Global properties.
• Manage and coordinate photo and video content at both properties to be able to consistently update collateral and website.

Skills Required

  • Experience using CRM and data platforms to build targeted marketing campaigns
  • Experience with email marketing, direct mail, and advertising campaign execution
  • Social media marketing experience and content management
  • Experience creating sales collateral, presentations, and proofreading marketing materials
  • Ability to attend and represent organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events (travel)
  • Experience managing partner relationships, reporting, and onboarding partners
  • Experience coordinating photo and video content and updating website/CMS
