The role
Join our Marketing Communications Team to help build the BizCover brand across ANZ and the USA. You'll support the team across comms, digital, and email — keeping projects on track, requesting assets, building campaigns, coordinating events, and organising promotional merchandise.

What you'll do

Content calendar & traffic management

·       Maintain and update the marketing content calendar and Confluence pages, keeping stakeholders informed of key dates and deadlines

·       Manage marketing traffic and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on track for on-time delivery

·       Review and track that all campaign assets are delivered on time and live, and removed once campaigns finalise

·       Source stock imagery and blog imagery to support creative and content needs

·       Conduct ad hoc research to support campaigns and projects

Content support

·       Schedule, create and publish social media content in line with the content calendar or as requested

·       Create or manage content and creative briefs as requested by stakeholders

·       Support delivery of projects across digital, communications and e-mail marketing

Compliance & reviews

·       Review Feefo / Product Review requests daily and flag any that need attention

·       Follow up on compliance tickets and support compliance audits

Merchandise & promotions

·       Pack broker and direct merchandise, including apology boxes and event merchandise

·       Order and manage promotional merchandise

·       Manage and deploy gift cards for internal and external purposes

·       Activate and manage promo codes

·       Prepare savings examples as requested

Logistics & asset delivery

·       Pick up collateral and manage ad hoc print runs and errands needed to complete projects and campaigns

·       Deliver assets and files to internal and external stakeholders, such as publishers

Reporting & admin support

·       Organise reports or presentations required by the marketing team
What you'll bring

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or similar
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail
• Great communication and relationship-building skills

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
