What We Are Looking For 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative environment with the support of Coleman's Marketing Director. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong communicator, and organized project manager who can balance multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work and taking ownership of their deliverables. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate, develop, and produce RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and interview materials, collaborating with project managers, technical staff, and leadership to gather necessary content. 
  • Create professional, visually appealing proposal and marketing layouts using graphics, photography, messaging, and branding elements consistent with Coleman's brand standards. 
  • Support business development through opportunity research, market intelligence gathering, client outreach materials, and award/recognition submissions. 
  • Track RFQ/RFP due dates, submission requirements, and formatting guidelines to ensure proposals are complete, compliant, and delivered on time. 
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, project sheets, presentations, and promotional materials. 
  • Write and edit press releases, project announcements, newsletters, and internal communications, including project stories and employee spotlights. 
  • Create content that communicates Coleman's services, culture, projects, and differentiators, and assist with website updates and content management. 
  • Manage and grow Coleman's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, creating engaging graphics, videos, and campaign content. 
  • Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility. 
  • Design marketing materials and creative layouts using photography, graphics, charts, and infographics to showcase Coleman's services and capabilities. 
  • Coordinate photography, manage photo assets, and support video creation, editing, and multimedia projects as needed. 
  • Maintain and update the CRM, project databases, digital asset libraries, and marketing resources, ensuring data remains accurate and accessible. 
  • Research and organize project information, client references, team resumes, and photography to support proposal and marketing needs. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. 
  • 3–5 years of professional marketing, communications, business development, or related experience. 
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with professionals across multiple disciplines. 

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
  • Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital asset management platforms, and proposal management processes. 
  • Experience with Canva, video editing software, or digital content creation tools. 
  • Photography and photo editing experience. 
  • Experience managing professional social media accounts and content strategies. 
  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing, content creation, or productivity tools.
